The Williams & Walsh Team is comprised of three full time professional real estate agents – Gail, Ron and Laura are all experienced, well-educated REALTORS® and all are Accredited Buyer Representatives® (ABR). The Team takes pride in providing exceptional personal service to their buyers and sellers. Their extensive knowledge of Loudoun and surrounding counties are the result of their many years of residence and employment in the area.
Gail and Laura became partners shortly after entering the real estate industry in 1997. They formed their partnership in order to provide more comprehensive service to their clients. “Having a partner makes sense in a business that often operates 24/7 – and being a team provides the best available services to our buyers and sellers.” said Gail. Ron, the most recent addition to the team gives Williams & Walsh a fresh perspective as well as another set of helping hands.
Williams & Walsh is proud to be a member of the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) Top Producer Team Club for the years 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 honoring their commitment to quality real estate through sales production. It is important to the Team that all three are actively involved in their local REALTOR® Association as well as members of the Virginia Association of REALTORS® (VAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Gail is a dedicated real estate agent with a genuine interest in her clients as people and concern for their well-being as customers. Making their dream of home ownership come true in the most pleasant and profitable manner is always her first priority.
“A combination of caring and capability, that’s what I believe being a good REALTOR® is all about” said Gail. A charter member of the DAAR Professional Honor Society and honored in 2002 as REALTOR® of the Year by the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR), Gail has successfully combines that mix of caring with competence. A tireless volunteer worker she has invested of herself in the local community, with 15 years of service to the Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation, a non-profit organization that teaches horseback riding as a form of therapy to people with disabilities. Her love of horses (Gail has been a rider since she was a child) combined with compassion for those needing a helping hand made this organization a perfect choice for her. Gail has managed to give countless hours to their cause while still giving her clients the benefit of her experienced personal real estate services whenever they have a need.
Knowing what an important role education plays in helping her clients, Gail is one of only 4 % of REALTORS® nationwide to receive the CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. She also holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR), and Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant® (C-CREC), and ePRO. She is an active member of DAAR®, serving as the Chair of the Community Service Committee from 1999 through 2003, and as a member of the Board of Directors Nominating Committee in 2003.
A resident of Loudoun for over twenty years, she enjoys spending time with husband Ron, the children and grandchildren, is an avid gardener and still rides horses as time allows.

Ron joined Gail and Laura in 2002, bringing to their real estate team a fresh perspective and volumes of customer service knowledge gained from his more than 20 years in the hospitality industry. As a Director of Operations for Mid-South Motels and more recently as a Manager at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Ron knows firsthand how to treat customers with top quality service and style.
A resident of Loudoun since 1973, Ron has watched the county through her years of growth and change. An avid outdoorsman, he is well acquainted with every corner of the county. His intense love of the land make him the natural choice for customers dealing with farms, horse properties or estates. He is developing this market as his specialty.
After almost twenty years living in the Town of Leesburg Historic District, Ron and Gail now reside in western Loudoun where Ron enjoys time hiking, canoeing, fishing and caring for their 12 acre mountain property. A father of two and grandfather of six, Ron enjoys spending time with young people and is a regular volunteer with the horseback riding lesson program of the Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Program.
Knowing the importance of REALTOR® education, Ron currently holds the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR) and is beginning classes in 2006 to attain the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

Excellent customer service, a good sense of humor and strong real estate knowledge are just a few of the attributes that Laura brings to her job. Education gained in her “pre-real estate days” in the training departments of Compaq and Entre Computers and as the manager of customer service for a bio-med manufacturing company gives her the ideal background for this service oriented industry. Her passion for her native Loudoun County combined with her strong customer service background make real estate a natural choice for Laura.
“I am really happy about my decision to become a REALTOR®”, says Laura “I get to indulge my love for land and architecture along with my strong desire for excellent customer service. After having a bad experience purchasing my own home years ago, and listening to stories from my friends and family, they convinced me that I could help to elevate real estate to a more professional level.” To further that desire Laura has invested time in her real estate education, which includes the Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR) and the Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant® (C-CREC) and ePro designations. She is currently working towards her Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI).
When not busy explaining to her clients that “cozy and historic” translates to “tiny and needs work”, Laura wrestles with updating her own “cozy and not yet historic home but still needs work” home in Leesburg. She shares this ongoing project with her husband Mark, daughter Erin and Daisy June, the Wonder dog. In her “free” time she is actively involved in the community, serving as the Secretary of the local chapter of the Iszak Walton League and as a volunteer, delivering meals to local seniors.
