Why do you need an Accredited Buyer Representative?
Using an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) offers the consumer many benefits:
- Review and explain the process of the home purchase
- Evaluating the needs and wants of the Buyer and locating properties that fit those specifications
- Assist the Buyer in determining the amount they can afford (pre-qualify)
- Assist the Buyer in viewing properties and preview properties on behalf of the Buyer
- Research of selected properties to identify value, any problems or issues to help the Buyer make an informed decision
- Present the offer to the Seller on behalf of the Buyer
- Negotiate on behalf of the Buyer to help obtain their chosen home
- Review and explain all legal documents
- Recommendations and assistance in securing appropriate financing for Buyer's chosen home
- Provide a list of qualified vendors to the Buyer: movers, title companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Attend the settlement with the Buyer and act as their advocate
- Most importantly, the Buyer knows they have full representation during the real estate transaction

They have completed the ABR training and successfully passed the REBAC written exam. They have also demostrated a practical experience of having completed dozens of real estate transactions in the field of Buyer Representation.
